In the event that we find it necessary to cancel your session, we will contact you immediately and refund any payment made to us within no later than 48 hours via check sent to you through US Postal System.
We understand there will be circumstances beyond your control and you may find you must cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice. WHen this happens ... please read below for our policy.
In the event your cancel with more than 24 hours notice:
We will simply ask if you would like to reschedule your session for a later date.
In the event you cancel your session appointment with less than 24 hours notice:
The first cancellation will not incur a fee. We will simply ask whether you would like to reschedule for a later date.
After the first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice there will be a charge of $10.00 to reschedule your next appointment. Under certain circumstances we may waive this surcharge.
In the event that we cancel a class or workshop for any reason such as insufficient registration, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of your prepayment.
We understand that there will be unforeseen circumstances in your life that prevent you from attending one of our classes or workshops which you have preregistered. When this happens.... please read below for our policy.
In the event you need to cancel:
Any class/workshop fee payment over $150 contains a $25.00 processing/handling fee (per class/workshop) which is non-refundable in the event you cancel your class once your payment has been processed.
Can I apply the processing/handling fee to another future class?
YES! The $25.00 non-refundable processing/handling fee will be applied as a credit in your name. This credit can be applied toward any future class or workshop held at Gentle Dove Reiki over the next 12 months. This credit must be used by you (it is not transferable) within 12 months from the original scheduled class date. If you do not use/apply this credit towards a future class/workshop within this 12-month period you understand and agree that you have forfeited the said credit.
How do I let you know?
Cancellation Notice must be in writing. Upon written notification of cancellation, the payments made by you over and above $25.00 (processing/handling fee) will be refunded to you within 7 business days after your notice of cancellation is received by us
